MY TRAINING

Fastball USA is my home base where I spend 3 nights a week training for 3-4 hours a night focusing on:

Explosive Baseball Strength
Throwing Velocity-Power
Throwing Efficiency
Pitching Mechanics
Arm Health & Arm Care

Power Development
Exit Velo & Bat Speed
Ball Flight & Distance
Swing Efficiency
Timing & Mindset

In addition to the above, I train another 3 nights a week focusing on strength training. I also make it a priority to do arm care twice a day, every day.

I’ve been training with the Texas Baseball Ranch twice a year since 2023 and incorporate their training methods into my daily routine. By following their training I have drastically improved my pitching mechanics and command while maintaining my arm health.
